Green Bean Recipes

Do you know the green bean Recipe Mother’s in Fed Hill uses? If not, any other great green bean recipe?
I recently went to Mother’s in Federal Hill (Baltimore, Maryland) and I had the best green beans. I am hoping someone on here knows the place I am speaking of and has the recipe!!!!
If you don’t have that recipe I would be happy to hear about other awesome green bean Recipes you have
I have never been to Mother’s, but here are couple from my favorites. Both are delicious but the second one take longer to cook but still isn’t difficult.
Green Beans with Garlic and Lemon

Ingredients
•1 lb. green beans, trimmed
•1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
•3 garlic cloves, minced
•2 tsp. grated lemon zest
•1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
•Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
1. Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add beans and return to boiling. Cook beans until crisp and tender, approximately 2 minutes.
2. Drain and rinse under very cold water. Drain again and pat dry.
3. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil. Add garlic and cook until softened, approximately 1 minute. Add green beans and lemon zest.
4. Cook and stir occasionally until beans are warmed through, approximately 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
5. Salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients
1 lb fresh green beans, cut into 3-inch pieces
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 -2 large tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
salt
pepper
parmesan cheese
Directions
1 Put beans in a large pot of boiling water and boil 5-7 minutes, drain and then plunge into ice water to stop the Cooking.
2 Set the beans aside.
3 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add crushed red pepper and cook for 1 minute.
4 Remove pepper flakes and add garlic, tomatoes, and seasonings, except the parmesan cheese.
5 Now turn heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
6 Add the beans to the mixture and heat through, about 8-10 minutes.
7 Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
