German Food Restaurants

Why do yanks knock British food?

I have visited the USA & found their food appalling. Most of it is over-sized & processed, how is this appealing? The UK has the most diverse restaurants in the world, the USA is littered with fast Food Restaurants.

What exactly is American food? The German burger? The German hot dog? The British Sandwich? The Italian pizza? These are the most commonly eaten foods in America & yet non of them are of American origin.

Small minded misconception. I am from the US and rarely if ever eat fast food. I prefer the food of my region, South West. Also, i love British food! A little bland for me, because of all the heat we pack with the southwestern food. BUT I love traditional pasties, meat pies, especially with wild game, and Cadbury is superior as far as chocolate is concerned. And I agree that the food in the US is WAY too over sized. Can’t argue with that one.
